Classes are challenging but fun, friendly, and open to everyone from absolute beginners, experienced boxers, and whatever your level of fitness. Through guided rope-work, shadow boxing, spadework, speedbag, and heavy bag combos you will improve conditioning, build confidence, de-stress, learn self-defense and develop total body strength.
FULL BODY BLAST

Objective: Boosting self confidence and developing a personal fighting style while maintaining an improved level of strength and conditioning.

Counter, punching slips, weaving an inside fight
Improve speed, power, focus and agility with advanced mitt work. Sparring drills with occasional sparring.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Get more bang for your buck with more personal attention. Working out in a small group, allows the personal trainer to offer corrections and appropriate modifications and progressions.
