THE CONCEPT

Flip Body Fit Performance/Boxing gym launched December 4th 2017. It is owned and run by ex Pro Fighter Jason "Flip" Sia. Flip Body Fit offers a private environment for one on one or group fitness training and emphasizes the sweet science of boxing while providing our clients a challenging and fun workout.  

All fitness levels are welcome.

FOUNDER/OPERATOR/PERSONAL TRAINER

In 2017, fueled by an unwavering commitment to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals, I took a courageous leap of faith. Choosing to follow my passion, I founded Flip Body Fit, a venture driven by the belief that a healthy body and mind are the foundation for a fulfilling life.

With no backup plan in sight, I dedicated myself to creating a space where individuals could embark on their own transformative journeys. The early mornings I spend at Flip Body Fit are a testament to my gratitude for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Each day is embraced with enthusiasm and purpose, knowing that my efforts contribute to the improvement and betterment of those I serve.

I embody the spirit of entrepreneurship, resilience, and a deep-seated passion for fostering positive change. My journey from the restaurant industry to the realm of fitness and well-being exemplifies the power of following one's heart and the impact that genuine dedication can have on the lives of many.

As I continue to lead Flip Body Fit with unwavering commitment, I remain dedicated to the pursuit of creating a healthier and happier world, one person at a time.

Coach Sean

A QUALIFIED TRAINER

Coach Sean is well qualified to train people of any fitness level. He is a master trainer with the International Sports Conditioning Association.

He uses his massage therapy skill to help members with mobility, strength concerns when performing exercise and corrective exercise by utilizing the PNF method of stretching and strengthening those weak areas of your body. Coach Sean has held certifications as a USA Boxing coach, NASM CPT and performance training coach. Kettlebell Coach, TRX, boxing and Kickboxing coach. 

 

FUN FACT.

Coach Sean also has the unique experience of having worked as a stunt performer on several Films, Netflix and cable TV shows and is a Screen Actors Guild Union member. Gotham, The Purge, Luke Cage, Power, Ray Donovan and Law and Order are just a few of the shows Coach Sean has worked on.
